Baby fence lizard hind legs don’t work

After I put some crickets in my fence lizard s Tom s cage I found him upside down and having a seizure like episode he stopped after10 seconds and I pices him up. I read to put him in some water which I did I soon realized that his legs wouldn’t move after I stroked him his front legs started to move but his hind legs have yet to move. He s back in his tank right now he just crawles like a zombie dragging himself with his front legs
He doesn’t movr much and his eyes are closed when I’m not near him and he doesn’t eat
He was fine the day before
I noticed he was acting strangely when he didn’t come out of his sleeping spot and he want buried under the dirt like normal
I’ve had to keep in eye on him all day so he doesn’t fall over again
I’ve has to "save" him a few times
I’ve been sitting on a chair next to his tank for almost 8 hours and the occasional breaks
I’m sorry this is so long but I really need help I’ve never seen this happen to a lizard

Take him to a vet....or let them euthanize him because you cant make it easier or less painful

Thank you. We tried o get him in nothing was open or specialized in lizards. No one wold take him as a priority for any thing.
I believe it was something neurological since he wasn’t specially bred.
He died last night
I know it sound harsh but I’m almost glad he died sooner rathe than later so he won’t suffer
