 LIZARD LEASH

Lizard leashes are awesome you can buy one or make one

Homemade one :

You need:
One rainbow loom band
3 feet of yarn/string
Paper clip

Put rainbow loom band around neck of lizard ( small only )
Tie the yarn/string to the paper clip tightly
Clip the clip onto the rainbow loom baznd that is around you lizards neck

Then outside enjoy the fresh air but hold on tight

lizard leshes are dumb... they will stress your lizard out and that can cause death.

Well I use a reptile harness not a leash and I only put it on my monitors when their outside doing whatever and it never stressed them out...its not dumb if its something used for safety but only if the lizard tolerate it.

Lizard leashes are practical for larger species. I think it’s kind of dumb to get one for a lizard smaller such as a bearded dragon or a green anole.

Well every one has diffrent opinions and I see your point of view but my water and sav monitor started wearing a harness when they were 2’ so they can get use to it when they get older now their 4’ and 6-7’(haven’t recently measured him) and their used to it.

I agree my monitors would stare through the plexi glass and watch me but when I let them roam their everywhere exploring but I don’t allow them on the couch because they scratched the other one up climbing on it my mom was furious lol but they like my room better and my water monitor kinda claimed it so its hard to remove him....but overall harnesses and leashes I believe to be good.

I wish mine would do that...they rather stay out but I let my water monitor stay out his cage for a night and he slept under my bed the whole night but I had to keep my room around 70-75° it was summer anyway.

Depends on how big...I use a large dog carrier for my giant reptiles when they go to the vet.

Does it have holes? Cause all reptiles are known for escaping through small spaces
