 Where can i find eastern fence lizards?

i live in sw florida how far would i have to go to catch eastern fencies? would one be fine in a 10 gal. tank?

i think a 20 gallon tank would be better but it depends on the size of the lizard

but just for one it’ll give him a little more room to run around but srry i dont know how far you have to go to get a fence lizard all mine are western
