 White Crusties on Nostrils

A fence lizard that I have befriended in my back yard has white crusties on his nostrils. Any ideas what this could be? Thank you.

this is my secrety secret of all secrets for that hypnotize them by rubbing there bellies gently get a small corner of a paper towel and wet it then pull it off with the tweizers the wetting causes slightly less pain when you pull it off just for calming
