 Best guard dog?

OK I HAVE OWNED MY DOBERMAN FOR 6 MONTHS AND HE IS THE BEST GUARD DOG EVER! ROTTIES ARE GREAT ALSO-MAYBE EVEN BETTER THAN A DOBE. HOWEVER PITBULLS ARE NOT NOT NOT GOOD GUARD DOGS, THEY ARE TOO PEOPLE FRIENDLY. BUT THEY ARE DOG AGRESSIVE, MY DOBERMAN WAS ATTACKED BY A PIT, AND I HAD TO SEPERATE THEM. THE PIT RAN ACROSS A 4 LANE ROAD TO ATTACK MY DOG. I EVEN FOSTERED A PIT. SO AS FAR AS PROTECTING AGAINST PEOPLE-DOBES,ROTTIES,MASTIFFS,CANE CORSOS ARE THE BEST. AS FAR AS PROTECTION FROM OTHER DOGS? BUY A PITBULL.

okay obviously you know nothing about pitbulls. although they can be agressive towards other dogs they are very good guard dogs(some just need a little push). i have a 1.5 year pit and i dare you to test your little theory that pits arent good guard dogs and come in my house. you might not come back with all your limbs. like most dogs they have to given a little push ot become a good guard dog. for example i used to make my pit sit by the door and look out the glass and watch the house. i would reward him when he barked at a legitimate issue. and after a few weeks he just sits by the door on his own and looks out attenitively. he wont bark at children but he scares the hell out of every one else. a few times i have myself dressed in dark clother put cologne on so he couldnt smell me and ran in to the house at night. i came in swinging and when he showwed a little fight back i ran out chicken heartily to show him he has the power to scare intruders out of his house now he knows that his job in the house is to watch and protect.
