 Update on Areli

We’ve now had Areli for 3 (or so) weeks! :D She’s doing so well with her training, though still needs work on her ’calmness around animals’ training. ;D

The goats are finally getting used to her being around. The one goat that was butting her to the ground is calming down a little. Areli still loves to chase the babies. Her idea of playing is... nip, jump and lick. She gets really excited when a baby goat strays near her, and she immediately tries to play with them like she would a puppy sibling. But.. Areli is learning NOT to go into the "goat" part of the barn so that helps to keep the ’baby goat on puppy’ outbreaks down. ;)

The ducks are less scared of Areli then the goats are (but any of you that have goats, can totally understand this, right?). But Areli loves them to death. lol When they honk and flap their wings, it’s like a huge sign to Areli saying ’come play’! So she runs through them and creates a flapping, honking and running chaos of terrified ducks. THEN... Areli gets put on a leash to calm down.

Pictures...

Ironically, Areli is fast asleep.

Cute! Sounds like you’re having fun! Good luck. Sometimes when they are sleeping is when they’re at their best! LOL
