 Green iguana jaw shift

Hi, I’m new to the site and I have a 7 year old Iguana, a 2 year old Chameleon, and a 3 year old Uromastyx. I have been pretty lucky as far as their health goes. However, my Iguana was a rescue and the previous owners were clueless and only fed him canned veggies for the first 3 years of his life. As a result he has very poor bone structure. His bones break very easily and he is missing several toes. I have had him checked out by my vet several times, but here recently his lower jaw has begun to shift to the side. At the moment it doesn’t seem to affect his eating habits, however I am concerned that it may continue to shift and eventually make it difficult or even impossible for him to eat. Has anyone else had a similar issue with their pet? Thank you in advance for your help.
