got a magnifying glass to get a closer look?
as baby crickets LOOK LIKE CRICKETS
not like fruit flies...
or you may have a fruit fly or gnat infestation

there may have already been eggs laid in the coconut substrate your using.
many people will either bake or use boiling water prior to using any substrate
to kill off any invading inscet species and their eggs.

Also, fruit flies and gnats are attracted to the same foods that your
using to start your cricket colony. For this reason, I have fly strips placed
around the room in which I raise my feeder insects in.

I’ve had something like that before. Except I had American Toads in a tank, and had grape-wood in there with coco fiber substrate. I got wood mites that looked like that, and It was a very bad mistake on my part. I should have boiled the wood and everything in boiling water, then put it in the take. It would also be fruit flies (Nats) or something to that nature. I’d just restart and boil everything first.
