 Egg temperature

Where I live, the upcoming temperature will average 70 degrees indoors (during summer, indoors with AC going is 79 degrees). If I was to try to breed crickets without another heat source, would there be any chance of success or is a heat source absolutely necessary?

 Egg temperature

I wouldn’t say necessary. I had some crickets lay eggs in this 55gal tank I had when I didn’t have no where to put the crickets, so I put some bedding down, food, water, and after a few weeks there was tons of pin heads running around without me having to do anything. Give it a shot, It’s a learning experience.. So if it doesn’t work out, just start over.. crickets lay eggs like crazy so thats not something to worry about.

Good Luck! Cody.
