How do you make a good quality Cricket Food/feed?

How do you make cricket food/feed??? I order 2,000 crickets every month (i have been feeding Fluker’s High Calcium Diet Cricket Food to my crickets) and i want to try and make a better Cricket food WITHOUT the CALCIUM, because when calcium is fed to crickets as a long-term/staple diet it stops the cricket from molting and it then dies..... It would be awesome if someone could give me some good links or just tell me how to make it. Thanks

 Doofball500’s Cricket Food Recipe

Hello beardieboy25
My name is Justin
i have a good recipe that is only good if you have a blender or food processor and a microwave.

1/2 cup Dried Tapioca
2-3 carrots (Large)
1/4 cup raisins
3 orange rinds not the actual fruit just rinds
tablespoon of flower
1 cup water

1.Place water and tapioca in a microwave safe container microwave until reaches a gelatin like constistency.
2.prepare carrots and rinds and raisins and put in blender
after tapioca and water are to right consistency add to blender with the listed items
blend until it reaches the consistency of toothpaste or hummus(Bean Dip)
allow to cool and place in small containers for crickets

this is a recipe i made up for my crickets awhile back
good recipe
after it is dried up flush and replace
please reply with results and spread the word about my recipe
lol
Later
Justin
