 Ingested substrate

I have a baby Carmel montley cornsnake and I recently fed her in her tank ( not thinking am a new owner) she ingested some small pieces of aspen bedding. She swallowed it before I could grab it. I just want to make sure she is going to be okay and if I should worry. They were just some small shavings. Thank you

 Ingested substrate

I feed my corn snake in her tank, and we used to use aspen shavings. It’s perfectly normal for them to ingest a few shavings, and we have never had any problems with it. If you’re really worried then to prevent it from happening again change to carpet substrate or feed her outside her tank.
