How can I get humidity to go down it is at about 55%

Well, don’t mist the cage at all and make sure the water bowl is on the cool side. Is it just the humidity of your house? If it is then you might want a dehumidifier.

Try increasing the amount of air flow in the tank Ex. uncover as much of the screen lid as possible, If that is not an option try using an aquarium air pump to pump air into the tank. If this does not lower the humidity then it is not the tank it is the humidity in your home, in which case a dehumidifier will be necessary.
