 I might get a corn!

My parents say that if I get Honor Roll on my next report card, I can get a corn snake! It shouldn’t be that hard to get Honor Roll if I try. I just want to know, would it be okay to get one at, like, Petco or something? There’s a Petco not too far from me, and a pet store that specializes in reptiles pretty close as well. Do you guys think they’re dependable enough? As morphs go, I really like the reverse Okeetee and striped amelanistic. But it will depend on what’s available to me. Well, if I get honor roll, I’ll go crazy with happiness. Wish me luck!

Good luck to you! I hope you make honor roll all year!

As far as buying from Petco, I don’t advise it. This is just my personal opinion. I bought 2 snakes from 2 separate Petcos and both snakes died within 2 weeks. If you like a certain morph look for some breeders online. You will get better quality and snakes that are feeding regularly.

Awesome! PLease goto a reptile show/expo for your snake, petco and other chain store snakes are prone to sickness like parasites and RI from improper care, and sometimes they sell unstarted babies, so you might end up with a snake you will have to force feed (which shouldn’t be done without experience anyway).

Also, I never made honor roll. Let’s hope you are smarter than me! LOL

Aw, Reflex, you are smart in your own way! heh. Trust me, smarts doesn’t get you much farther. I got Honor Roll ever since they started giving it out back in middle school. Even got Dean’s List every semester in college, twice with Straight A’s. Then I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.78/4.00 from a private university, and 3 months later I still can’t find a job!
