 Uploading picture problem

When i upload a picture it says i may have exceeded the limit of 1000k or something. how do i make it so i dont?

depending on what programs you have, most have "paint". right click on the photo you want to use..."open with.."...."paint"..then over to the "Image" tab......click on "stretch/skew".......in the top 2 boxes change that to 25 each.

leave the other 2 boxes alone....click "ok". and there you have it....
