Question on Feeding Hi. I’m thinking of adding a chameleon to my collection. Will chameleon’s take any frozen foods, or are they strictly live feeders? (Wife balks less at frozen feeders. She dislikes the "food" more than the pets!)
Thanks.

Question on Feeding Live feeders only-and keeping and gutloading feeders properly is almost as much work as the cham!

Question on Feeding Thanks. Wife and I have discussed it... as long as the crickets live in the garage, she’s OK with it. She is nervous about a "mass escape" from a cricket colony. (Does this ever happen?)
Can you give me a good link or two where I can go to make myself smart about keeping, gutloading, etc. of crickets?
Thanks!

Question on Feeding As long as your garage is warm and fume free that should not be a problem. There are other feeders like silkworms-more expensive-but they won’t escape and chirp you to insanity. I keep Superworms, Dubia roaches, silkworms, and crix of course. There are ways to keep them contained! Also tell your wife that it was my husband that wanted the chameleons, and now a few years later I am the addict! :)
