Temperature problem Although my veiled cham, name King, is abt 12mths old, I’m still wondering whether the temprerature in my country, Singapore, is suitable for him. He has a daytime UVBUVA light & a heat lamp on for 10hrs. The heat lamp provide 35’C which I think is enough. But the problem is, at night, temperature won’t drop dramatically here! During the day, temperature is abt 30’C-31’C indoor (outdoor 31’C-33’C), night temperature remain abt 30’C indoor & same outdoor. I realized that they need btwn 21’C-24’C both at night & also the cool area of their habitat. Now that the temperature requirements cannot be achieved, I really worry that this will affect his health & growth! Can anyone provide some information on this? Thks!

Temperature problem sometimes i’ll have a fan on during the evening, blowing lightly over the whole cage, usually drops the temp a few more degrees, AND, helps keep things dry. Put it on a timmer, or just use it when you think you need it.
