 Help! Kittens are stuck!

I found in my back yard, a cat and 3 kittens lodged in between a fence, and no place to stretch and jump out with the kittens. Should I do anything? Ive been feeding them every know and then.

 Help! Kittens are stuck!

I just tried that, but the mama and 3 kittens were GONE suddenly(Figured out there was actually five, I let the two kittens left out(Male and female), and let them wait for their mom, she did not come back,(about 8 hours) which is abnormal. So the kittens just played with me and my little sister for a while, which was fun, but then I discovered that the Boy Kitten(A long haired black one) had maggots in his butt, so I did the procedure over, and over again, to get them out, luckily I got them all out, except for one or two dead ones which will go away when he poops. Glad it was early on and no maggots were crowding his veins, his Big sister(a short-ish haired grey kitten) was worried, tried to seperate them for a tiny bit so she wont get infected. So now I have two Kittens in my house, the male is not eating much, but he will take a few nips every now and then, and he drinks water fine. Should I post a picture?

Figured out he might have cancer :"( do not have enough money to go to the vet, but at least the maggots are all gone and he won’t die by being eaten alive.

Maggots doesn’t fit the description in cancer. It sounds like the kitten may have an infection called cuterebrosis because maggots appear in this illness but can you describe its symptoms so I can help out I feel kinda bad :(.

My mom says it might be cancer because he smells dead and he is smaller than his sister by a longshot(About 2 inches shorter) and he limps every now and then. My mom says that cancer might be attracting flys. most the maggots are gone, at the beginning there were about forty around his *cough* Balls *cough* but now I got all of them on the outside out, and pried out the once IN his butt. He did struggle alot though so it took about 3 hours.

Im not sure, does that cost money though? Because thats the whole reason we have not already, if w paid money we would barely have enough topay our bills, and ther would be lots of trouble, and im a child, so I cannot just use my own money :"(.

He died at the vet while they were trying to raise his temperture(It was at 90) They brought him to a grave yard for animals that die in their Emergency room.

Shes healthy, I let her sleep in my room even though my room is messy as heck and their are many places to hide. She was happy, and she curled up by me(My room is a zoo now, an iguana, a dog, and a cat, the iguana has his own cage seperating him though...) Shes 5 weeks old and she is getting her shots in a week and a half.
