Is there anything I can feed my cat to help with gingivitis?

I have four year old female cat named Macy, and she has gingivitis. I have a cream that I am putting on her gums at least once a day, but I was wondering if there was a cat food that would also help, because she is losing teeth and having a tough time eating. I know the teeth won’t grow back, Just really want to get rid of the problem.

Wow, no one gives a reply! That’s sad. I’ve never come across cats loosing teeth from gum disease. There are some treat foods available that advertise they’re good for teeth and breath. These are hard, crunchy foods, though.
