 Sealer?

im building an enclosure for a nile monitor. what can i use to seal the inside edges of the wood with?

ive also use silicon. i was able to do a neater job with the silicon but had to let it air out for a week with the hot glue it dries and cures the same day plus its cheaper. but yeah silicon too as long as its %100 silicon

i just find silicon harder to come off so if whatever you have in it diggs then you dont have to worrie.

chameleon man is right, when i did use hot glue and silicon it was for a snake tank and i didnt have to think about sharp nails like on a monitor. hot glue would work but silicon would prolly be the better way to go.

Honestly i wouldn’t do either, the best bet is to go with fiber resign. the same kind that use on boats. its a little costly but it works great.
