Found baby gopher snake , need feeding/care advice

I found ths cute little creature about four hours ago trying to avoid my puppy , who , despite his leash, thought hed found a toy.so I hit up google and found out I have a gopher, I love snakes but its been years since owning one and I forgit they require certain things to stay healthy/happy....herein lies my prob...I stay in a motel in a very small town and there are no , .feed stores within walking distance, that being my only method of transportation. Also I dont have much funds either at my disposal so can anyone suggest any other ways I can care for ths snake considering Icant get pinkie mice or the night and day lightbulbs, can she eat anything else like insects? shes pretty small maybe ten inches , what did she eat before I found her? I really dont want ths snake to get sick ...would she be better off if I released her back into the wild ?

Yea release it because he’ll get stressed to death and probably has a gutload of parasites and if u keep him you’ll have to find a herp vet.
