 Dumeril cage

I have been reading on caging but what is the correct cage for a adult that won’t stress her? I’ve also read they don’t usethe whole cage except they hide, burrow or curled in the corner....I’m also not planning on getting a aquarium I want to get one built glass tanks suck at holding proper temps and humidity.

The absolute minimum would be a 4x2x2. It would be much better if a 6x2x2 could be provided.

 Dumeril cage

Thanks for the reply..she’s in a 5’(L)x3’(W)x2’(T) cage...its not causing any problems and she’s kinda lazy anyway so she’s really not an exploring type but in a couple of months I’m building her a 6’x3’x3’ cage but I can’t now because my expenses just paid for my water monitors vet and hospilization bills.

If your building the cage the dimensions can be the same of a 10 gallon tank. If my reptiles feel like their cage is too big i just clutter if with more decors and hides. But it also depends how big your baby is make sure its not too big to stress the snake but at the same time enough room to stretch out whenever.
