 Arboreal snakes

Hey Guys,

Looking to get into arboreal boas and or pythons. I have tons of experience working with and around angry watersnakes as well as other testy reptiles. I understand the temperature and humidity requirements but am at a loss as to which species should be my first. Should I stay away from GTP and ETB ? I heard indonesian tree boas are good minus the picky part. Any suggestions ?

Do you want a display animal or a hands on one? I find Etb much prettier but I think gtp are a little nicer and don’t have such big teeth, nasty bite :(. You do not have to feed emerald tree boas as often though every 3 weeks. That all I got:)

as stated above^ i would go with green tree python because they tend to be alot nicer then green tree boas, they can be pretty nasty with some nasty bites too.
theirs also amazon tree boas, they are skinny but long and arboreal.

I believe it was called a halloween tree boa but their aggressive and more of a display snake but nice dark color and their aboreal...the halloween is a phase of a amazon tree boa though :)
