 Feeding question

I got my atb say about 3 weeks ago. I got it on a sunday and didn’t feed it till the next one. I gave him/her a live pinkie and it ate it easy. Last weekend I tried a f/t pinkie, didn’t eat it. Same day I tried a few crickets, didn’t eat them. I thought it had to do with not being used to its enclosure yet or something but then why would it have eaten a live one the week before? and Just yesterday, I tried feeding it a f/t pinkie again but it wouldn’t eat it. What else can I feed it? should I try an anole?

 Feeding question

if it ate the live pinkie it should be fine with a f/t but switching him over may be hard. did you heat the pinkie up a lot be offering it? get really hat water right before you are ready to feed and let the pinkie sit in it (after its already thawed), then if will be really hot so that the snake should see it as prey. if that doesn’t work you may just have to be patient and keep offering the f/t but have a live on on hand just in case. you could also try putting a pin through the pinkie (f/t) head and letting a little of the brains out so it kinda gets a smell, i have heard of people doing this. i have never tried it. good luck!
