 Sand boa not eating

I have a customer who bought a saharan sand boa from me in or about May. The snake has not eaten since it was purchased. While it was in the store, it ate fine, and even switched to F/T pinkies. It has shed several times since leaving the store. It just finished an odd shed, it actually shed twice, according to the customer. They have tried feeding F/T, and live pinkies to no avail. It is kept in the proper substrate and is offered food in a separate container with no substrate. Can anyone offer any suggestions, I can’t think of anything else. Thanks,
Richard

Temps. I have a pair of saharans now. The female is a pig. The male is an on/off feeder. I have tried everything I could think of to get him to feed. I had to raise the temps even higher than I had thought. My hot spot is 95. As long as he has a hot, hot spot, he will eat anything. Also, make sure they are not handling him until he is eating on a regular basis.
