 Breeding yearling?

I have a one year old female colombian/Argentinian mix. She is housed with my mexican male. It looks as though he is trying to breed her. She is about three feet and he is the same. Could this be possible? Is it a good idea?

Definately not a good idea, different sex snakes shouldnt be together, especially if you actually know their sex, and they are together for breeding periods, but of course both animals should be proper, age, size, and weight to do so..otherwise typically for small females that are not ready and do become gravid..it can have a not so good outcome.

yeh, get her out.you should at least wait until she is over 2yrs and still seperate after breeding.it could kill her, ie:the stress from him + her age and shape.
