what does double het mean when it comes to a snakes genes?

It means they carry both genes for a given morph. Such as ... a Normal Double Het for Snow carries both the Anery and the Albino gene which are both needed for Snows. A snake that is Double Het for Sunglow is a visual Hypo that carries an albino gene.

so if i take a dh sunglow to my salmon jungle i will have a very little chance for a super salmon jungle?

I’m not 100% sure how supers work or the jungle genes for that matter. I’m not sure if you’ll get jungles with only one parent carrying the trait for that pattern. But I would say, yes, the chances are very slim.
