 New boa question

hey everyone, i’ve had my first snake for a little over a week now, he’s a baby colombian boa, 2ft,i was told he was born sometime in june, last night i noticed him going into shed,i have all his temps and humidity right, basking low 90’s (mine is usually about 92), ambient 80-85(mine usually 82) and his humidity 50-60%(mine about 55-60) but,i was wondering,he has a vet appt tomorrow just for a good once over to make sure i got a healthy guy on my hands, but since he is fairly new to this habitat and this is the first shed since ive owned him, will going to the vet and being out of the humidity affect his shed? i wanna make sure bo(thats wut i named him) has the best he can get and the least stress. sorry if my question in overly worrying, thanks

In my honest opinion, if your snake is CBB I don’t see the need for a vet visit at all.

No need stressing a healthy animal out for nothing.

Unless you just need assurance, being a first time snake owner, I suppose.
