Beardies like lots of floor space, they do not like lots of clutter, so keep it simple...Something to bask on, log or a rock, and a hide to sleep in...here are my enclosures...good luck!



I have 4 beardies, one is a baby and is in a small tank...

This is my basic setup. For a dragon under 12 inches

Repti-Sun 10.0 UVB, 7 Inches from the basking spot
60 watt heat bulb temp in basking area 114.6 degrees.
Basking rock
Basking Rock on cool side
Hammock
Fake plants (just because he likes to sleep in them)
Paper towel substrate.
Food dish
