 Hes dragging his hinde legs....Pleasee helppp!!!

Somethin is wrongg with my beardie.....While i was feeding him he started dragging his hinde legs he doesnt do it all the time.....it jus happened all of a sudden...What can this be??

It shouldnt be Mbd.....he has his uvb and i have been feeding him crickets with calcium no D3 once a day.

He might have been dragging his legs because he was having difficulty passing that last poo. Perhaps the crickets that you have been feeding him are too big. Make sure that they are no larger than the space between his eyes.

Well, it’s good that he pooped, at least we know he is not impacted, are you feeding him the right size insects? Try giving him a warm soak, but other than being impacted or MBD, i am not sure...

Yep, Wyvern is right, and if this is the case he should stop dragging his back legs and get back to normal in no time...you must be careful of insects that are to big for him, next time you may not be so lucky...

truee..I bought him off of premium crickets 500 crickets and the size is 1/4..... i was told that tha size would be fine for the size of my beardie.....do u think that that size is to big for him???

1/4 inch may be to big depending on the size of them, and i know how big 1/4 inch crickets are, but some crickets do grow faster than others..if they are bigger than the space between his eyes, do not feed them to him...stick to the smaller ones...

what about d3 how much of that have you been giving him. you know i read that d3 overdouse gives off the similar signs as mbd so are you over doing your d3? cuz with uvb and alot of d3 can cause this. did he drag his leggs when pooping? cuz thats normal.
