Hi there, nice to meet you,

For a beardie, baby and older beardies you will need:

A 40 gallon breeder tank, thats the smallest they could live in as an adult, but bigger is always better as they like lots of floor space...

Uvb lighting, get either the ReptiSUN 10.0 long tube, or a ReptiGlo 8.0 long tube, or a MVB...stay away from all compacts and coiled lights as they are harmful to our precious pets...and you will also need a spot lamp with a bulb for basking..

Digital thermometer with a probe or a temp gun for acurate readings..

Basking log, or rock, and a hide to sleep in or cool off..

Food & water dish..

Supliments which are Calcium that says Phosphorus free and D3 free, another with D3, and a multivitiman, so a total of three..Rep Cal are the best brands..

Substrate, either repticarpet, paper towel, non sticky shelf liner, or tile, like slate..

A beardie at a year old should be fed fresh greens, every day, go to beautiful dragons.com for a great list, and they should also be fed live prey 3 x a week, as they get older to much protein is not good for them...Feed crickets, silkworms, or lobster roaches for the main food, any other for a treat, and also superworms, but do not make those a staple...

They should be bathed 2-3 x a week, in luke warm water up to the shoulders for a 10-15 minute period..

Temps should be 100-105, {110-115} for a baby, the air around the basking spot should be mid 90’s, and the cool end should be mid 80’s...

LOL, you mean b/c of the temps...100-105f is for an adult, and 110-115 is for a baby...

ok i have a reptic glow 5.0 is that fine and where i bought him is at amazon reptile center they said only give him water like 3 times a week and i have rep cal calcium

Nope, that light causes health issues as well, the only safe ones are what i stated above...and you need ALL the supliments i stated above, 3 different ones...
