 Breeding question

Hi,

They can breed any month of the year. That is why it is important to separate them before they reach five months old because they can and will breed as early as that. Not a good idea, since they are not adults until they are 18 months old, which means that if they are allowed to breed that early, the female will put all the calcium intended for her bones into shelling the eggs.

 Breeding question

Their regular breeding season like most things is spring, after brumation. If you rdragon did brumate make sure she has a good amount of time to eat and build up her body fat and calcium, I usually wait at least a month after brumation before I breed. If you don’t want to wait until spring you can fake the breeding season by putting them in a cool down period, lots of info on the web, read up! :)
