 HELP ASAP!

Hey Everyone-
I know I havent been on here for a few weeks, but ive been tending to my new babies, which will be 3 weeks old this weekend.
All was doing good, until about 30 minutes ago.
I threw in some crickets and almost immediately one of the babies (who was perfectly fine just seconds earlier) rolled over on hsi side and started seizing. It lasted about 10 seconds and then his hind legs went limp. I picked him up to observe him about 5 minutes later and he did it again. He is breathing hard and it (appears) to not be able to keep his head up. What shall I do? Or what CAN i do? Is this temporary? I’ve never seen anything like this. HELP

 HELP ASAP!

When I got my first dragons and didn’t know much about them, I was told to dust all their food every feeding and so I did, well my Lizards did the same thing yours is doing over and over, come to find out I was killing them slowly by overdose. I was dusting the food too heavy! Could that be your problem?

Mine would flip over and shake and kick their legs and couldn’t hold their heads up when I fed them or put them in water...

 HELP ASAP!

An overdose would be an overdose of vitamin D3. You should dust the food every day, but it must be with a calcium powder that does not contain D3 or phosphorous.

What is your substrate and how large is the food you feed? Impaction sometimes causes behavior like this.

 HELP ASAP!

I have been feeding small crickets about 1/8 inch size. They are also getting greens and squash that is put through a food processor. The size of the veggie’s is smaller than the crickets. Size is not the problem as they are eating 5-8 of these at one time. Their food gets dusted EVERY OTHER day with BEARDED DRAGON DUST-Cricket Balancer. There is NO possible way they are getting overdosed on this. Im using a 10.0 RepticSun bulb.

The babies have been on papertowels since they were born. I have seen no problems with this baby for the past 3 weeks and all of the sudden it HIT! the other’s are fine.
