 EDEL!! Shipping help!

Now that I look at my email, I never even received a confirmation email for Jemma’s shipping, but I did for Ayasha. Jemma didn’t arrive at her new home this morning (she was supposed to be there by 10:30 latest).

WHAT DO I DO? Where is she?!

Ok I’m going in after work to the actual shipping center with my receipts to chew someone out. I spent $150 to send that lizard so this wouldn’t happen!

Anna,

Who did you ship her with? Did they not give you a tracking number or anything like that. You need to contact the company you shipped her with. Have you talked to the people that were supposed to get her, or where they supposed to just email you? Perhaps they forgot?

Hi Edel. Yes, Amanda messaged me and said Jemma hadn’t arrived, but she did finally get there at FOUR PM!! I am going to the shipping center after work to try and get my shipping money back. I paid like double to make sure she would be there by 10:30 so I should get at least some money back, right?

They did give me a receipt, etc. but never sent me the email with the confirmation and tracking number.

Anyway, I’m just glad she made it there ok. She’s eaten supers and roaches and is all warmed up now so I’m very relieved!!

Oh thank God she’s safe. I hate it when things like this happen. It is so stressful. UPS has been the best to work with for us.

Yea, I would definitely go in and try and get some money back. If you paid more to get her there by 10:30 and she wasn’t, they better return some of that moeny.

Glad she’s home safe.

Shipping is always SO stressful. I think They ought to refund some of your money too. But, Thank god she is there safe & sound now. And, if she has eaten, that means she is fine.

im so glad she arrived finally...I hate when that happens, it happened to one that was sent to me too..she was lost for 2 days I think it was.
You will get gray hair at a young age lol. Glad she made it!!!!

..and YES, I would walk out with some of my money back! You do pay for a earlier delivery time, and should be compinsated for that! I would chew them a new one explaining WHY you paid the money you did... for the animals health.

I waited in line for half an hour only to be told that I wouldn’t be refunded because the place she was shipped to only has end of day guarantees. So the person who shipped her for me in the first place was supposed to have told me that so I didn’t have to spend an extra $50 or whatever to ship her by 10:30.

Basically, they were extremely unhelpful and told me to try calling the number I had already tried, which was a complete dead end.

Sigh. I’m not super worried as long as my girl is safe : )
