OT... meet Sarge

Hi everyone...
I havent been on in awhile, I mean, I have been reading just not really posting....
Thats because of work, starting school, and we are moving...
which means that I can get furry animals too...
So I was looking on Craigslist and seen an ad for a pug
SO I called the guy and the next day my son and I drove 1&1/2 hours(one way) to go get him
He is 1 yr old and needs all his vetting
He seems a little timid to people(for a little while) he doesnt know but not at all agressive
He marks sometimes but is not fixed and Im hoping that training and fixing him will stop that(cross my fingers)
Since he is a boy, he needed a manly name so we named him Sarge...
His name was Pugsley(which we thought was a little silly) and he didnt respond to it anyway
Well here he is....

He is so spoiled already

Awwww, I LOVE Pugs!!! I had one when I was a teen ( long ago ) lol. He is so adorable. Good luck with him!!!

My daughter would be so jealous. She saw one at our local pet store, a black puppy for $950, which she fell in love with. But I said no. I know when she is on her own she will get one, but I hope from the Humane Society, because that’s too much money to spend on a dog. Your baby pug is adorable and looks very loving. They do get protective and sometimes attached to one person. Please continue to keep us updated.

Well...
He came from a single dad family with 2 little girls who seemed to be at his wits end with everything...
He said he just didnt have time for him... and I can definately tell he(my pug)misses the little girls because my neighbor has a little girl and he just loves her...he wines, cries, and jumps all over her licking her....
He is very good with my son(he’s 7) and my boyfriend and I....
He acted protective of my house (to my mom) he wouldnt let her go past the dinning room without barking at her(again he is NOT aggressive at all)
I take him everywhere we go...trying to socailize him with other people... It seems to be working so far(we have had him for about 2 weeks)
He is good with other dogs too
