 Issues feeding pastel ball

I just got a pastel ball about 20" long weight at 194 grams. So here is the problem for some reason she can’t seem to figure out how to eat a small mouse. I have tried live and she killed fine then tried for 2 hours to eat the mouse. I have also tired frozen she would strike but wouldn’t hold or try to eat. So next step I moved to fuzzes once again would strike but wouldn’t hold or try to eat. All my temps are right on along with everything else. I am starting to worry because she is getting more aggressive as the days go on. Any ideas what I can do? I read somewhere about trying goldfish but I don’t know if that will work or not!

The links I posted above helps with problem feeders and tell you why they might be refusing food.
