How old is your snake?
Does it shed well or does it come off in strips?
How often do you clean the cage?
Are you keeping a fresh water dish out at all times?

If you answer yes to these questions then there really is not more you can do for your snake. It could be stressed if the cage you have it in is to large.

If you are affraid of its condition you should take it to a vet, no one can really tell you much with just a picture and a professional opinion would be the best choice.

Humidity really is not an issue when it comes to BP’s. If you have a large water dish in which he/she can fully submerge then humidity doesnt matter much. My terrerium has a humidity of 55 and Lexi does just fine :)

Hey LInk24, how are you? I think he looks fine; if after he eats the first mouse, he is looking around for more, feed him one more. If he seems content to go hide and digest on his warm spot, then he’s fine with the 1 for right now. Just pay attention to his body language, and you should be able to tell what he needs. Hope this helps.

What size mice are you feeding him? He does look triangular to me. If you’re feeding him a small adult mouse once a week, then he should be nicely rounded. Have you taken a fecal sample into your vet yet to make sure he’s parasite free?

Also, I keep my humidity at 50% all the time, never bumping for shed, and all of mine shed fine. They are NOT offered large water bowls to soak in, since soaking is usually done when overfed to relieve pressure, or to soak off mites. When I did have large water bowls, none soaked before sheds.
