Just took the pics today, he is just going into shed hence the blue eyes and dull markings.

I used to use those vivariums and the sad thing with them is that the heatmat and thermostat probe has to go inside it. This can be dangerous if the snake wees on it. Also there are a few nooks and crannys inside which is a haven for bacteria and mites (should you ever get any). At the moment, i use ’Really Useful Tubs’ which cost about £10 from Argos, but i’m moving my Boas into Pro-Racks (www.Pro-Racks.com) this week shortly followed by the BP’s.

I hope I don’t sound to be critisising too much, but i’d lose the bark as they are a bug and germ trap. Also you will need 2 hides, one in each end. How are you heating your enclosure and where are the thermometers and thermostats?

The enclosure gets a really good (distinfectant) clean every week and the bark hide also gets baked every week to rid of any nasties, the BP has the plant pot hide on the warm side and he hides under the cork hide in the cool side, he uses both hides regular, I use a UTH to heat the enclosure and the digital themometer is just out of view tucked in at the front of the enclosure.
