There is insufficient information in your post. We need temperatures, humidity, and other environmental conditions, diet, lighting and heating, etc. Also a picture of the Anole would help.

There should be a cool (75 degrees) and a warm(82 degrees) side of the enclosure. In addition, you need a basking area (90 degrees is ideal). If the overall temperstures are too cool, the Anole will have trouble digesting anything that he eats.

The humidity is a bit too high. A humidity level of about 50% is good. Remember, Green Anoles come from a home range that is predominantly temperate and 50% might even be a bit on the high side.

Anoles typically get enough moisture from droplets that they lap up from the foliage or the sides of the enclosure. Water dishes are not necessary.

I would not feed him mealworms. They have a tough, chitinous exo-skeleton that can be difficult to digest (particularly if the enclosure temperatures are too low). To put some weight on him, feed him waxworms which are relatively high in fat content. Anoles traet them as you would candy so feeding once or twice (if you feed every day) a week is fine.

Please read the care sheet. I’ll re-post it once again.
