Draconiz666 View Profile	How Can I Stop Them Laying eggs? my 3 females are all pregnant at the minute, which, as its coming up to winter it a bit annoying. Ideally i’d like to be starting to cool things down a bit for the winter. however, i dont want to cool things too early and put them off laying and die from being eggbound. so what the best thing to do for them? as a secondary thought i dont want it to be too cold for the babies (currently theres 4), but they’re not my main concern, its the adult females i’m worried about. somehow i ididnt have this problem last year and they stopped being pregnant before autumn, so im not sure whats changed this year, or maybe last year i wasnt too concerned about them being eggbound. i’m just paranoid about it this ear as my female long tailed skink died that way so i’ve kept conditions good (arguably too good) for laying.
