you certainly can....that would be a 120 gallon cage. The absolute minimum per knight anole is 30 gallons. I keep one female in a 65 gallon reptarium. I wrote a caresheet for knight anoles a while back and ill bump it for you if you want to read it. Also, here are the two best caresheets i know for them, the links are below if you want to read them.

Link Aqua Land Pets Plus Caresheet

I would use something with a much narrower mesh than chicken wire. Regular window screen comes to mind. I would use aluminum rather that fiberglass.

also, if you decide not to build your own cage, you can purchase a mesh reptarium on this page Link They are very inexpensive and have worked well for me for a long time. The only downside is that heat and humidity escape much easier than as it would for a glass cage. You might need to have more heat that normal and mist a LOT.

I keep mine in a mesh cage I purchased from LLL reptile...they’re speedy when it comes to shipping.

To keep humidity, I have live plants in there plus I build this plexi glass box on the bottom so I can pile on 4 inches of eco earth and keep it moist. The drawbacks to the mesh cages is that you can’t just dump things on the bottom, that’s why I had it built. Wasn’t hard...measure, buy a sheet of plexi glass, buy the sealer for it, cut and glue together. Wait a day and slide it in. Mine love to catch crickets while up high so they don’t have to come down. Those mesh ones are very light weight so it makes cleaning a breeze.
