 Are small butterflies ok for anoles to eat

around my house we have tons of those little white butterflies and they are super easy to catch, are they ok for my anoles to eat.

well some are poisonous i think....read wild caught insects

Those are probably Imported Cabbage Butterflies. The only drawback would be the relative size of the butterflies’ body, The green larvae are better,

Yeah, sly ate the body, but not the wings to a few of the ones i caught. they both love chasing them around the tank, i’m happy to see them so active.
