 Anole feeding help!

can anoles eat mealworms or do they have to eat crickets to stay healthy?

Mealworms are not a good choice due to their relatively thick and chitinous exo-skeleton. They can be difficult for Anoles to digest. If you insist on feeding them to your Anoles, use those that have recently molted and are white in color and about 1/16" in diameter, Crickets, waxworms (fed sparlingly because of the high fat content), and various wild caught insects are a better choice.
