Judging by her size, what might an estimate be for how long until she lays an egg? After she lays an egg, will she be noticeably thinner, letting me know she’s laid it?

She will be noticeably thinner. The time will vary but probably within the next couple of days.

I found the egg in the enclosure today. Unfortunately it was laid on top of the substrate and yellow, so I know it’s infertile. What I’d like to know is why it looks like it was nibbled or incomplete? What does that mean?

If you’ve had crickets loose in the enclosure during the time that she laid and the time that you found it, they could have eaten through it.That’s happened with one of my gecko eggs before.

About 95% of the eggs that Anoles lay above ground are infertile. Make sure thet she is getting calcium supplements to avoid deformed shells.
If the egg is fertile, she will bury or partially bury it. Look around the base of plants or in the corners of the enclosure.
