Are you sure you have a male and female? My anoles did the "mating" thing and it turns out they are both males and were actually fighting. We thought that we had one of each and we were expecting eggs but they never came then we had to check really closely and noticed the pores. They were fighting and needed to be seperated. If you know for sure that you have one of each then you might just have to wait a little longer. They carry the eggs for a while. She might have laid and you dont know. Try looking carefully. and if she suddenly slims down a bit then she probably has. If not then the female needs extra calcium during this time to make sure the eggs are strong and stuff. and the best way if you are going to remove the eggs is to use a small bowl inside the enclosure with the moist substrate and then just remove the bowl afterwards. Do the research if your not sure whats going to happen after they mate.

I hope this helps look in wet damp areas because some eggs might just be there. Also mist the tank and make sure the temperature is right so the female anole is happy and she might will lay the eggs.
