 How heat all day

Hello all. On ceveral site’s I read that it is important that the temperature day and night is the same. Well mine does fine with what colder night. I Do have to tell that in the night the heating cable stay’s on . (this is placed under the water basin) What do yoou think of this? Sorry for my bad englisch, i am from the netherlands.
