Question on tadpole changes I had caught a couple tadpoles in my pool before my dad cleaned it and a couple of them already have both thier front legs and front legs. I took one out and put it in a seperate cage because the tail was completely gone. Was that the right thing to do? I mist him occassionally and put small crickets in. Will he soon think its food?Oh yah and don’t worry i also have a big water dish so if it get dry he can jump in.
Need tips or info
Thanks
Mike

Question on tadpole changes you can keep him with the rest, small dudes like that need frozen blood worms and fish flakes, till they are big enough to eat babie meal worms and maybe 1 day old crickets

Question on tadpole changes You should take out any uneaten crickets-they can chew on the frog.

Question on tadpole changes once they start getting their front legs you can take them out and separate them, they won’t eat until the tail is gone (they’ll be living off of it until it’s completely absorbed), and then you can start them on the baby crickets. If you want you can use fish flakes in the tank to feed the crickets so they dont bite the frogs. Do you know what kind of frogs they are? Also don’t mist the frog, just the tank if it’s necessary, the frog will get water from soaking in the dish.
