well if that is how it has been from the time that your friend has had it then i’m sure that it is fine if it is not having trubble finding food or anything. so i am sure it is fine.

set it up by itself so as not to infect tank mates. it’s either a bacterial or fungal infection. melafix drops or turtle eye drops or a slight saline solution can be administered to the eyes clear it up if it is fungal. if it is bacterial see a vet.
