 Ookay somebody freakin help me this is an emergency!!!

okay.. i need advice now and this has happened before exept with both of my alligators eyes...dirt may have gone in to her eyes and i cleaned it out but there was a chunk of it under her top eye flap and i cant take it out and now she wont even open her eyes!!!!!!!!!!im so sad and now i dont know what to do!!cause i cant open eyes and her eye flaps are kinda red and i cant get the freakin dirt out!!!!!i need advice now and fast before she goes completly freakin blind!!!!!!

We have lives and emergencies as well, therefore we can’t sit around this forum all day. Honestly, its not our problem. As members of a forum we all volunteer out time. No payment is received, and rarely do we even get a thanks. While I don’t think you are very serious in what you said, I just wanted to say my peace since this has happened before(In the legless lizard forum. I think it must be the slowest forum on here.).

If you have an emergency you NEED to call your local vet that treats reptiles. You should not do it yourself nor should you sit around waiting for someone you don’t even know to tell you what to do. If she is having these types of eye problems, I would take her in to make sure the eye was not scratched. Scratches to the eyes can cause infection, and eye infections can easily lead to blindness and death.

I know.
Just be careful. Its one thing to treat a broken scale or chipped toe nail, but you can cause serious damage when poking around sensitive organs, such as the eye.
