 Red headed agama diet?

I rescued two female red headed agama lizards. One is recovering from mites and the other from blood mites. I use lobster roaches as their staple, what kinds of vitamins should they be getting and how often?

I used Flukers repta-calcium.You can get it at Petsmart or most private owned pet stores have it in stock.

I never used any multivitamins but I sprinkled my pyramid agama’s food about 3 times a week.I usually just put about 8-10 crickets into a zip lock bag and put some calcium powder in with them and shook it up.
