 Questions about breeding pair?

Would there be any complications if you bred a male and female from different mothers with the same father?

 Questions about breeding pair?

From all Ive read, it is not usually an issue as long as this has not been done for a couple of generations. This is done on occasion to breed for certain traits. If you are not breeding for a specific trait, then its recommended to find a mate that is not related.

Like with any species it is better genetically to breed from different lines do keep the gene pool larger and more varied to avoid genetic birth defects. Some lines of Albino Boa Constrictors for example have eye problems, possibly because of inbreeding.
